Yes. Spectrum accessories designed for use in classified areas — including cable gland kits, mounting hardware, and the EZB-IR-07 IR illuminator — are certified for Division 1 and Zone 1 installations. Certification documentation (cFMus, ATEX, IECEx as applicable) is available for each accessory on request. Non-classified accessories such as the industrial PoE switch are intended for installation in safe areas only and should not be mounted within the classified zone.

Spectrum offers series-specific and universal mounting solutions. The SCS-UM Universal Mount, SCS-PM Pole Mount, SCS-CM Corner Mount, SCS-MM Multi Mount, and SCS-VM Vibration Mount are compatible with both F-Series and D-Series enclosures. The F1XX-FM Flange Mount and SF-CM/PM Ceiling & Pedestal Mount are designed for F-Series installations. The SD-UM-SS-D1XX Universal Mount with sunshield and SD-DA Dome Assembly are specific to D-Series configurations. Spectrum provides complete cable and gland installation kits certified for Division 1 and Zone 1 areas. The SCS-CBL-D1-XFT kit is compatible with F100 and standard installations, available in multiple lengths. The SCS-PWR-CBL-3C-D1-Z1-XX kit is designed for F200 Series power installations, with options ranging from short runs to long cable runs. Both kits include all required hardware for a compliant installation. NPT threading is standard; metric options are available for IEC-based installations. Per NEC 501, conduit sealing within 18 inches of the enclosure is required — our team can advise on appropriate sealing fittings.

The SCS-VM Vibration Mount is recommended for installations subject to continuous or intermittent mechanical vibration — compressor decks, pump skids, rotating equipment platforms, and marine vessel installations. It is also recommended for any elevated installation subject to wind-induced oscillation or structural movement. The mount is DROPS (Dropped Object Prevention Scheme) compliant and includes secondary retention hardware. It is compatible with both F-Series and D-Series enclosures and can be combined with any standard mounting configuration.
